1- Senior R&D Associate- Hygiene
=Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:
A. Assuming leadership for R&D Pakistan, ensuring the NR protection, GM Expansion, NR Growth projects implementation at local level.
B. Collaboration with local commercial organizations in relation to consumer complaints, quality issues, competitor challenges and legal / regulatory inquiries concerning technical matters relating to products marketed within the region.
C. Developing and implementing policies and standard procedures as part of QMS compliance.
D. Responsible for personnel recruitment, their day to day management and direct responsibility for their motivation, personal development and career growth.
E. Working with the Category R&D teams to deliver innovation and roll-out projects for the Hygiene brands in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
