Job Responsibilities

Product Manager-Debit Cards (Grade: AVP-I/AVP)

ü  Responsible for all Debit Cards product planning and execution throughout the product management lifecycle. ü  Manage new development/enhancement and innovation projects for by working closely with the cross-functional teams. ü  To formulate, implement and spread head aggressive sales plans and strategies, identifying new markets and growing businesses with existing clients. ü  Manage and enhance all channels for debit card requests like branch, bank's website, net and mobile banking. ü  Conceptualize and evaluate new functionalities for increasing penetration and usage of debit Cards. ü  Engage with internal teams to devise strategies for leveraging debit cards for customer acquisition and engagement. ü  Manage relationships with service providers and partners. ü  Manage relationships with card networks (MasterCard/PayPak/ VISA, etc). ü  Handle customer complaints escalations and address and resolve them in an effective and quick manner. ü  Manage P&L for Debit card products to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targets and costs. ü  People management and mentoring of team members.
